On July 24, Lianshi Chemical officially launched the vacation and recuperation work for employees in the summer of 2019. The first group of 30 model workers, outstanding Communist Party members and production backbones from various units and positions of the company, under the leadership of the company's labor union, set off to Dongdaihe Hongyue Seaview Royal Garden Hotel for a three-day vacation and recuperation.
In order to convey and implement the chairman's care for employees, and to make the recuperation work for employees solid and detailed, Geng Junyan, the chairman of the labor union, specially convened meetings of top leaders of various departments to arrange the deployment of recuperation related work. The company's labor union has made specific requirements for the recuperation of employees, focusing on their own safety and personal image, so as to fully demonstrate the company's good image.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of employees’ vacation and recuperation, the company’s labor union communicated and coordinated with the group’s labor union and the hotel. Combining the actual production situation of the company, rationally allocate each unit's recuperation index for each batch. From standardizing the behavior of recuperating personnel, safety precautions and other links, each link is implemented one by one, and a team leader is specially set up for each batch of recuperation teams to ensure the safe, orderly and smooth development of recuperation work.
It is understood that the company will arrange 7 batches for this employee vacation and recuperation, and 50% of the company’s employees will go to Dongdaihe Hongyue Seaview Royal Garden Hotel for recuperation.
